Welcome to Constantia Stables!

The Constantia Stables has a genuine family feel that is immediately relaxing as it has been run as a guest house for the past 30 years by the owners Rick & Lola who are proudly South African. They offer a unique experience in their charming character filled home and are there to provide a 24hr service.

Each room has its own private entrance and en-suite and is furnished with Percale bed linen, luxury bath sheets, pool towels, satellite TV, telephone, free wireless internet access, bath gowns, hairdryers, overhead ceiling fans, bar fridge and assorted teas, coffee and biscuits. The Hayloft and Jamie’s Tree House Studio both have air-conditioning. Each morning, a full breakfast is served in the dining room.

Victoria’s Cottage and the Foaling Stable, overlook the pool, garden and mountains, and like Lily’s Cottage, seamlessly blends into a mass of plants spread out beneath 2 enormous plane trees. The Pony Stable is a poolside twin room.

Jamies’s Tree House Studio has a sundeck and weber braai that overlooks the vineyards and the Constantiaberg Mountains. It is furnished in a modern style with a king bed and fully fitted kitchenette.

The old lunging ring has a pool with sun loungers, and seating under large shady Plane trees, perfect for reading and sipping afternoon Gin & Tonics.

There is also a well-stocked bar which is a congenial snug of heavy armchairs, low beams and earth red walls. This is the heart of The Stables.
